A thinned down 1/4 inch drive 7/16th socket attached to a wobbly 6 inch
drive extension.  IT is not a wobbly universal but a rectangular rounded
male end that allows the socket to wobble slightly should do the trick.

This is one of those tools you have to "modify" and put into your "special
tools toolbox".
