I flew in primer (unsanded) for about a year. I put a coat of white primer
on so the plane would look decent. I am now sanding off the white, getting
back to the gray. It is more work than I anticipated, but with the changes I
have made I am still glad it was in primer.

Looking for comments on the pros or cons of sanding the last coat of
