The above is an example of a poorly formed and unusable reply.
It is desirable to address a reply by name to the poser and close
with your own name and aircraft information for purposes of placing further
replies in context. Is is very useful to repeat (copy) the query in your
reply so there is no misunderstanding.
Not being "impressed" doesn't help anyone understand exactly
what problems you had with their batteries or service. Your
question is too general for a response - it's like flying into an uncontrolled
field and radioing "XYZ any traffic please advise?"
