I have talked to Bill and his tech several times over the years and found them to be quite responsive. I am not yet flying so I cannot attest to the B&C starter, alternator and voltage regulator that I purchased because of the reputation. However I would like to add that when I called to inquire about products or had questions regarding the ones I do have I have never had to deal with an IVR system. A human who knows the products has always answered the phone. This alone puts B&C high on my list of compamies to do business with.
