My empty CG did come out at 94.5 inches - forward of the recommended CG. I had to add 15 lbs of dead weight behind the back bulkhead to keep the CG in limits with no gas, a pilot, and a copilot. I actually removed the 15 lbs later and added tie downs and tools in the rear of the baggage compartment as part of my normal weight budget.
