<almost certain that flying into AF and Army fields was one of = our=20 benefits.
 
If you land at=20 a military field that has security issues (like a SAC base) without=20 permission,
you will be=20 spread eagled face down with several m16's pointed at = you.
 
It may be=20 difficult or impossible to get permission and there will be no FBO, =  fuel=20 or services available. 
Anyone trying=20 to meet you there may have similar trouble driving in past the front=20 gate.
 
These are not=20 friendly places to visit.
