Hi Bob,
 
I put the manufacturer's instructions on a scanner and optically read them  
using OCR software.  I then cut down the text to that which I thought was  
sufficient for a POH and used these as supplements.  Of your list I can  extract 
those elements of my POH (which is totally re-written using the red book  as a 
guide) which relate to the Bendix King avionics as this is all I think I  have 
in common with your LNC2.  Let me know if this will help.
