Another advantage is for owners of the Chelton Sierra Flight System it
is directly integrated and displayed on the Chelton Screens. Thus
eliminating another piece of hardware in the cockpit.

     That costs $929.
     Although  I own an av200, I think there is limited upside of the
av100

  the portable because both the gns and mx20 products provide LESS
capability
  than a PC.   The main advantage of the av100 would be that you could
wire it
  in and maybe provide a couple jacks to drive a pc with.
     If you're down near $1000 on price let me know.   ....but I didn't
want
  to put
