Hi Matt. Did you build a plenum for the engine or
are you still using the silicone gaskets and standard baffeling? Option 2
seems to be the best answer. If you steal cooling air from the engine the
temps will rise. That and a little inefficency to the oil cooler will raise the
oil temps too. Regardless of the speed, you simply have to properly break in the
cylinders. Jim
