Did you build a plenum for the engine or are you still using = the silicone gaskets and standard baffeling? Option 2 seems to be the = best answer. If you steal cooling air from the engine the temps will = rise. That and a little inefficency to the oil cooler will raise the oil = temps too. Regardless of the speed, you simply have to properly break in = the cylinders.
