I do have everything needed to handle general aviation needs, tho. My Champion sparkplug tools are not new and they probably (obviously) have newer ones. I have two that I use for gapping fine wire plugs. First is the CT-450 Aviation Spark Plug Gap Guage with extendable wires guaged from .015" thru.022". My second tool is a CT-457 Fine Wire Gap Tool which will grip fine wire electrodes for adjustment. Mine has no size recommendation on it. I am very curious to know more about the latest Champion suggested gaps. Particularly, their recommended difference between platinum and iridum. Maybe we can elicit a response from Unison, too. I do believe (and physics suggests) that large sparkplug gaps put added strain on the magneto. Clean pressurized mags should be able to attain altitudes about as high up as aviators do without spacesuits but there is no guarantee of performance there. Flyer beware... WPD 1895740
