On our ES we installed an automotive CD player, and until we closed that jumper it was too quiet. I don't remember which pin numbers, but it is clear on the garmin schematics. Jeff Hildebrand Lancair ES C-GSPH www.lancaires.com """ I wired in my music input/output to my intercom today. I plugged in my MP3 player and it worked fine--except---the only volume control is on the MP3 player. The intercom volume control is separate and for voice only. Now the question. The volume from the player isn't really sufficient. Not bad when on the ground and everything is quiet but not nearly loud enough to hear well when in flight. Suggestions? """
