I have found that this is actually quite easy once=20= you've done it a time or two and it takes a second or so of=20 *glance-down* time as you are beginning the takeoff roll. I don'=20 really have a strong feeling one way or the other, but I've just=20 settled in to getting right at the start of the takeoff roll and=20 forgetting it until I'm settled in the climb.
