I don't have time to play with the mixture on the takeoff roll. I just pick a mixture I know isn't too rich to lose power, get in the air, clean up the plane and then tweak. My experience is that when I take the runway, I take about 3 seconds to= get=20 to WOT, I'm rotating within another 5 seconds or so.  I don't have time= to=20 play with the mixture on the takeoff roll.  I just pick a mixture I kno= w=20 isn't too rich to lose power, get in the air, clean up the plane and then=20 tweak.
