Scott Germain (mostly),

Read your "In Flight USA" article. Very nice.

You (and maybe this applies to others) mentioned an interest in changing your cowling. I would like to go to something similar to the Legacy and do away with the intake inlet at the bottom of the cowling. Have you refined your ideas yet? Would you care to share them. My 320 is powered by a fixed pitch , 160 HP, O-320 so I doubt that I'll be  much competition -- you can safely share yoiur secrets with me.

I'm thinking of getting oil cooler air from the left intake, and carb and cabin heat on the right intake. I don't know what the best diameter for the inlets might be, but since mine aren't round, they have to be reconstructed anyway.

If anyone else has some thoughts on this matter, please speak up.

Thanks,
Bill Kennedy
