Matt,
Your list is interesting.  My prop governor oil fittings are steel.  The engine was assembled at the factory.  I know there was an AD regarding that oil line requiring a switch to stainless or flexible hose (the aluminum version was cracking).  I don't recall what, if anything, was said about the fittings.
