Mike Rowell of Collierville, TN. has just completed his Lancair 360 and when
the DAR (who is not familar with the Lancairs) imposed a 40 hour test
peroid.  He told Mike & I that if Mike could get 3 affidavits from
individuals flying with the Lycoming O360 engine and Hartzell Prop
combination, he would reduce the test time to 25 hours.

Can anyone out there help Mike out ?  He would appreciate the help.
