Check out what's available from Click
Bond. I just put some of their grommets in my cowling's screw holes and
they're virtually invisible, yet allow the screw to contact stainless steel
instead of fiberglass. I got them from The Flight Shop. They sold me
the grommets and the two part adhesive to put them in. The link to their

Click Bond also makes a product called Pandor Sleeves http://www.clickbond.com/images/mktng/cb_acres.pdf,
which you might also like, but I don't know if The Flight Shop carries
them.
