 The door seal pump circuit has a pressure sensor in line to shut off the
 pump at a prescribed pressure.  Between the two electrical contacts there is
 a small hole with a screw head inside.  This adjusts the pressure.  It
 appears that you don't have sufficient pressure to keep the seal tight
 against the sill.  A very small adjustment (clockwise more pressure) should
 help.
