Just a word of thanks to Ian Crowe for his extensive "trouble shooting"
guide and to everyone else for their helpful suggestions.
We found
that both the right main and nose gear actuators were leaking and replacing
the seals did not fix the problem as the cylinders had so much wear that the
seals would not seal the gap. Both actuators were replaced and this has
stopped the intermittent pump cycling in the air.
The high pressure
switch needs some fine tuning to overcome the nose gear door spring as this
is still hanging open. What type of pressures have people got on the high
side? What would be an upper limit?
