 Not familiar with the Lancair iv gear extension but I do know that if you
leave the emergency dump valve cracked on the LNC2 the pump will run
continuously as fluid circulated from high to low pressure. The same would of
course be true if the valve developed a leak orf if there were any "big"
internal leak.
