The Hysol is the right adhesive. SInce this will have elevated temp use, you should prep it by using their suggested method. Basically, clean it off with soap and water, sand it a bit and clean it some more with acetone, then get down tio the "real cleaning". Take 1 pbw oxalic acid and disolve it in 8 pbw de-ionized water heated to 185-195 degrees F. When dissolved, add in 1 pbw concentrated sulfuric acid (H2 SO4). Immerse the part for 10 minutes, remove and scrub off residue withe wire brush under running water. Rinse in DI water, then force dry in oven at 200 degreesF. Bond as soon as possible.
Obviously, extreme caustion should be excersized when using acids. Chemical resistant gloves, body and full face protection used.

Check out the Hysol website for surface prep. Yeah, it's a lot more work than just abrading but it is what really works.
