There was a report here about a year ago,
exactly what you were looking for. Thought that I had saved a copy but
cant find it. Cant remember who wrote it....(memory second thing to
go!!!!)
As I recall, it reported an increase of 2-300 '
ROC and several kts in cruise.
FYI, I just ordered the new prop from Lancair
and I am replacing the older H3YF-1RFF7490. Hartzell tells me that it is a
no-hazzle replacement. We'll see.

I am looking for a replacement prop for my LNC4.
The prop that was in it is the older Hartzell three blade (part number
H3YF-1RFF7490) that I purchased from Lancair. I understand that some
LNC4's have upgraded to the new Hartzell prop. I have two
questions:
1. Does anyone have a good used
H3YF-1RFF7490 for sale?
2. What are the advantages of going to
the new prop?
