All standard Lancair 320 and 360 aircraft have large (2"?) diameter thin wall aircraft aluminum tubes running from BL50 to (and thru) the aileron bellcrank rib to carry the aileron push rods.  While these pass thru the wet wing I have never heard of a failure of these tubes or a leak at the inboard or outboard ribs.  Of course, we utilize the more flexible Pre-Preg wings rather than the stiffer carbon fiber.
