I replaced the master cylinders supplied with the kit with cylinders
requiring an external reservoir, which I mounted on the engine side of the
firewall. (make sure the temperatures aren't too high).  I service them by
pumping fluid in at the brake bleeder valves, while watching the master
cylinder to avoid overfilling.
