With this configuration (water stopping filter before gascolator) how
would you know if any water was being trapped by the filter?  If it was,
how you drain it?  I think washing and rain present greater chances for
contamination than fuel trucks/tanks - Leaky fuel cap, hitting the vent
with the water hose, that sort of thing.
