I'll second Bob's comments on the RMI encoder.  Great instrument which
provides a good backup to all of your pitot static instruments at a great
price.  One thing I'd consider doing differently though after hearing about
Ron's  pitot related Legacy accident is mounting a second pitot tube on the
opposite wing from the first one and plumbing that tube to the RMI instead
of teeing off the existing tube.  That way you have two completely
independent sources of information.
