It has internal lighting. Also VSI, outside air temp, air speed, true air speed, altitude, density altitude, pressure altitude, encoder for your transponder, program V speeds and alerts, All this for about 800 bucks and you assemble it over the weekend. Did I forget something? Might have. Great instrument. If you are VFR only you can get by with a four pack consisting of Turn and Bank Coordinator, Attitude indicator, Micro encoder and Directional Gyro.
