I checked with Andair and their gascolator, which
is the one I used, is good for 200psi. Fuel boost pump is 35 to 40psi for
an injected engine and less for a carburretor. I do not know how the
standard gascolator with the glass bowl and thumb screw nut would work. It
relies on a cork (?) gasket to seal the bowl whilst the Andair has an "O" ring
and a spun aluminum bowl. A much more leak proof design.
