A flight plan has to be filed for = cross-border flights; customs has to be notified 2 hours in advance and = informed of time of arrival (there is an officer at Windsor 24 hrs w/ no = cost; proof of U.S. citizenship is required..a passport is best; There = may be a requirement for a proof of insurance IF this is classified as a = race or a special aviation event..or whatever their semantics are. It = will take a month,probably to get all this ironed out..our first = official meeting will be this Sunday.
