Mike Custard noted that all the nylaflow brake failures have been due to
excess flexing (i.e. kinking) of the nylaflow as it exits the gear leg at
the trunnion. Does anyone have any experience with the setup where the
nylaflow is protected from kinking by a spring around it? Lancair has been
selling this "fix" for about a year, and new kits come with it.
