Art, my thoughts were to use carbon hinge on
everything except around the top half that attaches to
the firewall.  I plan to use #10 screws there.  What
method do you plan to use to access this hinge?  That
problem is why I have decided to go the easier route
and install screws.

Please share your thoughts/ideas.  I expect to install
the hinges tomorrow or the day after.
