I don't hear much talk about the comparison between Bill Maddox's speed
brakes and the Precise Flight ones lately.  I do know that many of the early
Precise Flight ones would stick on the way down and would not quite retract.
The Lancair prototype was an example.  Bill's always performed as advertised
as I understand it.
