Scott's "French" sentence wasn't supposed to be real French.  It was
supposed to sound like French to us goofy Americans.  It is something we
do to be funny... that is, to say something in a fake language that
sounds like a real language.  You have to know Scott to appreciate his
sometimes obscure humor.

write it
in English,your sentence in French is non understandable for a French
