Check this page out. There are two laser protractors and let me know if this is what you had in mind. I could not find the "Laser Protractor" on the Sears site. This company beats the Sears price on a laser level (PLS Model PLS2) by $55

I ended up purchasing what I believe is the same (Sears) protractor from:

for $149 they shipped it next day air for $3.
This protractor does exactly what I want it to do.
