I learned how to fly in NE Phily in the early 70's. I wouldn't want to comment on airports today except that KLOM was and always has been a nice, small plane friendly, airport. What I would really suggest that you do is write down a few questions (crew cars, hanger availability, rental cars, local sights, landing and tie down fees, the name of the person that you are talking to) and call the FBO's and talk to them for a few minutes.
