How far  off are the axle mount holes?  Does the wheel still fit upon retraction?  Can you drill new holes in the middle door bracket - the holes used to mount the bracket to the gear leg - to reposition the doors?  Can you fly without the middle door on?  If I can find an available hangar to move my plane to, can you fly here where we would use my heated hangar, jacks, tools, etc. to get this job done?  Otherwise, have you considered a flight to a warmer climate to finish the job?  The Carribean perhaps?
