Aircraft Spruce still offers a spinner specifically for 2-blade Hartzell constant speed prop for the 320/360 Lycoming engines.  This is the BN-3-12 kit (P/N 10065, $221.95).  The description in the  paper catalog is:

 

<This modified BN-3 spinner kit, developed by Walt Voiles, works very well on Lyc O-320 and O-360 engines.  Spinner dome is 14" long.  Custom front plate and ring assembly allows free operation of constant speed prop within spinner dome.  Fits Hartzell 2 blade constant speed props only.>
