Thinking back on my aeileron counterweight resonance with the engine speed, is
it possible that the resonance is due to elevator push-pull tube tension?

Interesting.  On my next flight I intend to remove the baggage bulkhead panel and see if the rudder cables are banging around or something else is going on back there.  I will also check for looseness, etc.
