Just to make sure my point was understood, I don't mean I'd leave an
airplane plugged in all the time. If you do this, I'm sure you'd have
problems. What I mean is using a timer that is programmable that will
warm it up on the day you want to go flying, like 2-3 hours before. The
engine will then be started (easier to start I would hope) and if any
corrosion has occurred in those 2-3 hours, then I'd be incredibly
surprised. Basically, I plan to do just what DS says below.
Rob Logan, how have your heaters worked and how do you use them?
