Awhile back there was a short thread about poor cabin heat in the ES.  Some folks thought the issue might be the lack of adequate exhaust from the cabin.  I'll be installing my heat system soon, and was wondering whether anyone has found a solution.  I'd also be interested in hearing whether other ES builders have "good" heat and what they did to get it.
