Real hard to do though after the v-stab is closed . We also strengthen the fuselage between the engine mount area back to the wing spar attach area . Another weak area of the small Lancairs . While I'm at it , we are also developing a reinforcement of the cabin door on the IVP. Basically a carbon strap on the outside of the window vertically ,bisecting the window , similar to the Cessna 210 .
