Does anyone know the acceptable tolerance for the extent to which bolts in
the
elevator, horizontal stabilizer, ailerons, rudder, etc. must be
perpendicular to
the spar?  For example, is there an acceptable number of degrees away from
90?

If you have a bolt hole that pretty clearly is not drilled at 90 degrees,
what is the best solution?  Tony Bingelis suggests making wedge washers.  Is
this appropriate?  Are there other solutions?  Can wedge washers be
purchased?

Any help would on this would be appreciated.
