They have a version of the VM1000 that has a "dark" background and lit numbers/dials. They also had a new unit called the VM1000C which is the same footprint, has a few more items displayed and the best part is its a color display. It will be available in november. The king of the new products was the ADM2000. It is about 1.5 times the size of the VM1000 footprint and is one nice looking unit and was told it will be available in march. I am having lancair install the new VM1000C in the panel they are building for me and would have prefered the ADM2000 but space is limited on the legacy panel.
