A group is being formed by me and some other insurance people who are
Lancair pilots to write insurance for 4's including turbines and low time
pilots.  The kicker is that the max exposure is $1M and training is
required, plus some other flight restrictions (like paved airports only,
must be IFR rated, annual training, etc).
