Wendell: Be very careful to bond those cables
tightly to the walls, floors or whatever. A fellow builder and flyer of
LNC2s (he bought one and is building another) lost control of his purchased LNC2
on takeoff. He applied strong rudder to correct for engine torque and the
rudder cables pulled the glass plys away from the fuselage side--leaving him
with no rudder control whatsoever. Fortunately, bent landing
gear and days in repair were his only penalties.
