I can tell you I've had absolutely EVERY question
I've asked answered. Without exception. Sure
there are times when I have to be persistent and sometimes call several
times to get someone. But believe me I have at least a question a
week. Sometimes several. I guess about nothing and I do something
only once. I call before I start any project to see if there are revisions
or improvements and there are many projects. Let's not make a mountain out
of a mole hill here. If they don't return your call you call again and
don't count on having your call returned. If it weren't for Mark M.
I'd be still trying to figure out how to open the shipping crates.
Has anyone else had problems getting ahold of the support
people at Lancair?
