Gentleman,

YOU ARE ALL CORRECT.  LANCAIR needs more tech support.  We are not trying to
stay so lean that we can't handle our customer needs/issues.

We have hired one new tech, Justin (he is eager and learning fast).  We are
trying to hire two more techs, but this isn't the easiest position to fill
with qualified personnel.  We are looking for good people who are
knowledgeable in building the Lancair line of airplanes.  They need to live
or want to move to the Bend/Redmond area.  We are interviewing people now
for these positions.

If anyone knows of such qualified individuals, please email me a resume
(word, pdf, etc.) at timo@lancair-kits.com.  We will issue a formal request
with qualifications we are looking for later this week.
