Has anyone else had problems getting ahold of the support
people at Lancair?

Yes, I have - was back in the Lance days. I actually
sent a note to Lance and suggested that he hire some help for Mark. I had
e-mailed Mark a question and never got a response - even followed up with a
phone call, but had to leave a message - never called back. It is not
Mark's fault - he just doesn't have any damn help!! I guess this is the
corporate definition of "lean and mean", but it sure doesn't help when you need
an answer does it?
This list is probably the best source of information - most
folks here have "been there - done that". I don't bother the factory
unless it is the last resort! I did mention this to Joe at Sun-n-Fun this
year and he suggested that we could call him. At least he would be another
avenue to Mark and maybe could get that answer you need.
