Jarrett, Yes, I have - was back in the Lance days. I actually sent a note to = Lance and suggested that he hire some help for Mark. I had e-mailed = Mark a question and never got a response - even followed up with a phone = call, but had to leave a message - never called back. It is not Mark's = fault - he just doesn't have any damn help!! I guess this is the = corporate definition of "lean and mean", but it sure doesn't help when = you need an answer does it? This list is probably the best source of information - most folks here = have "been there - done that". I don't bother the factory unless it is = the last resort! I did mention this to Joe at Sun-n-Fun this year and = he suggested that we could call him. At least he would be another = avenue to Mark and maybe could get that answer you need.
